    This session will help improve your cardiovascular fitness. You’ll focus on low-impact exercises that will slowly increase your heart rate.

  • COVID-19 Recovery: Mobility #1

    This session will help relieve stiffness and tension so that you can move more easily. You’ll focus on exercises that will improve joint mobility and flexibility.

  • COVID-19 Recovery: Strength #1

    This session will help you improve your muscle strength. You’ll focus on exercises that build strength and endurance so that you feel stronger day to day.

  • COVID-19 Recovery: Strength #2

    This session continues to improve muscle strength. You’ll be building on the some of the exercises from your first strength session and working the muscles for longer. Panu also offers some variations to take the exercises further if you feel ready, as well as make the movements easier if needed.

  • COVID-19 Recovery: Mobility #2

    This session continues to improve your joint mobility. You’ll be building on some of the exercises from your first mobility session to relieve stiffness and tension. Panu also offers some variations to take the exercises further if you feel ready, as well as make the exercises easier if needed.

    This session continues to improve your fitness. You’ll be building on some of the exercises from your first cardio session, while increasing the intensity. Panu also offers some variations to take the exercises further if you feel ready, as well as make the movements easier if needed.
