Put your best foot forward for this 20-minute step class. Amanda will take you through the basic moves, and you can add some spins and steps in to jazz it up a bit if you like. Either start with 2 sets of double knees, or go for a double toe with one knee, followed by a ball-change. Then it’s alternating curls or a skate before 3 repeater curls or a reverse-knee-double-toe-knee – and an optional spin to finish.
