Get your whole body working with this 30-minute strength class that is suitable for all ages and abilities. After a fun, aerobic warm-up, challenge your legs with plenty of squats. Next, grab some weights (or a couple of bottles of water) to work your arms and shoulders. Then get down on the floor to strengthen your core with crunches and bridges. Finish with some gentle stretches and breathwork as you cool down.
