Loosen up your shoulders with this 10-minute mobility session. From shoulder rolls to ‘Ross Gellers’, Steve takes you through some simple movements to mobilise your shoulder joints. The session is split into two halves and in the second half he’ll show you how to progress the exercises further. You can do the session standing or seated, depending on what you prefer.
