Relax and release tension with this 30-minute restorative yoga class that is suitable for all ages and abilities. Begin with some guided breathing and gentle seated stretches. Mobilise the body with some cat-cows before settling into some longer poses such as puppy and pigeon. Finally, enjoy a couple of positions on your back and finish with savasana and meditation.
