Join Zahra for another energetic 20-minute workout to tone and strengthen the whole body. To start with, grab a mat and a pair of dumbbells if you have them. After warming up your chest, legs and arms, you’ll begin the main workout. In each block, the first round is without weights, and you can choose to add in the resistance for more of a fitness challenge in the second round.
Block 1 – lying chest press, lying skull crushers
Block 2 – wide squats, lying glute bridge
Block 3 – bicep/hammer curls, overhead tricep extension.
Finally, cool down with specific stretches for the chest, triceps and quads, finishing with a full body stretch.
