Release any tension in your lower back with this 10-minute mobility session. From cat-cows to ‘Superman’ exercises, Steve will take you through some easy movements to mobilise your lower back. The session is split into two halves and in the second half he'll show you how to progress the exercises further. You can use a chair for some of the movements if you need to.
