Beginners' Yoga with Michaela #2
A gentle 30-minute core-focused yoga class that’s ideal for beginners.
You’ll begin with some guided breathing to bring you into the present moment, and in the main sequence you’ll strengthen your mid-section with some fiery core poses such as plank, firefly and boat.
You’ll need a yoga mat, plenty of space around you, and you may also like to grab a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
