Learn how to stand, punch and defend before trying some boxing combos in this 25-minute session. In block 1 you’ll get into the boxing stance and become familiar with jabs, straights, hooks and upper cuts, as well as defensive ducks, and slip and rolls. In blocks 2 to 4 you’ll put the punches and dodges into practice with a few different combos.
