Work your whole body with this 30-minute strength and cardio workout. Alex has a range of weight-lifting and bodyweight exercises for you to try, from dumbbell swings and reverse lunges to burpees and hollowed tucks. There's a short break halfway through before you repeat the routine once more. Don’t worry if you don’t have any weights, you can use bottles of water or cans of food instead.
