If you’re new to exercise or want a low-impact class, this 30-minute total body workout is for you. You’ll start with some easy cardio, from marching to star jumps. Then, you’ll do some simple strength training to work your arms, legs and core. You may like to use an exercise mat to cushion you for the floor work.
