Find your feet as you learn the basics in this 30-minute boxing fitness class. In block 1 you’ll learn boxing fundamentals – how to stand, guard, move and punch – before putting it all together with some combos in block 2. Finally, you’ll alternate between boxing and fitness drills in block 3. Martyn will be shadow boxing, but if you’re using a punch bag, protect your hands by wearing wraps or gloves.
