Welcome to the second session in our series of six Young People’s workouts. This session will get your lungs pumping and your heart beating, which will help you feel more energised, less tired, and able to get the most out of your day.
Our workouts are fun and enable you to exercise at your own level. In this session there’s a short warm up, three sets of exercise, and a cool down and stretch section. You'll need a mat, some space, and a bottle of water.
You can do this class as many times as you want – the more you do it the better you’ll feel and the more energy you’ll have. Remember you should feel no pain when doing these exercises, so please stop if you do.
