Sarah will take you on a journey around your mat for this dynamic, 60-minute yoga flow. After a nourishing breathing exercise and warm up where you'll be introduced to 'rivers', you'll move through a twisting, turning series of postures on the left side of the body, before repeating on the right side. You’ll find yourself facing in all directions, sometimes switching from side to side like in snake squats. Finally, you’ll be rewarded with a lovely long wind down before your final relaxation.
