Nathan is a Personal Trainer, specialising in strength & conditioning classes, as well as a plyometric and kickboxing techniques. Nathan hails from Baltimore Wharf and has been with us for over 6 years. Nathan qualified in LES MILLS BODYPUMP, LES MILLS GRIT, kettlebell and ViPR training.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys aggressive skating – and has the scars to prove it! Nathan is a huge comic book fan and before he got into fitness he was a wedding photographer.
Join Nathan for a 30-minute Pump! class with weights. This class uses a step, light weights and a mat throughout to tone and strengthen your body. If you don't have a step, don't worry, Nathan will provide alternatives throughout, now let's get sweaty!
