Meet Nathan. Nathan is a Nuffield Health Personal Trainer, specialising in Strength and conditioning classes, as well as a variety of plyometric and kick boxing techniques. Nathan hails from Baltimore Wharf and has been with Nuffield Health for over 6 years! Nathan qualified in LES MILLS BODYPUMP(TM), LES MILLS GRIT(TM), Kettlebell and Viper training.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys Aggressive Skating, and has the scars to prove it! Nathan is a huge comic book fan and before he became a Personal Trainer, Nathan was a wedding photographer.
Join Nathan for a 30-minute Pump! class with weights. This class uses a step, light weights and a mat throughout to tone and strengthen your body. If you don't have a step, don't worry, Nathan will provide alternatives throughout, now let's get sweaty!
