This 30-minute class will help you become more flexible and loosen up any tight muscles you may have from an intense workout, or from sitting at your desk all day. From spinal twists and forward bends, to frog pose and downward dog, you’ll work through the whole body, and take extra time to relax, breathe and unwind.
