Get ready for 30 minutes of full-body strength training. You’ll need a barbell, some light weights, a bench, and a mat for the floorwork. Block 1 is an upper body sequence with plenty of presses, block 2 is for your back with deadrows and high pulls and block 3 is all about combos such as lunges with overhead presses. You’ll finish with a short block 4 dedicated to your core – prepare to crunch!
