This 30-minute cycle will raise your heart rate as you work on your speed and endurance. In the first half you’ll start with some periods of hard work by either adding resistance, changing your position or increasing your speed, with some quick recoveries in between. In the second half you’ll move on to some longer interval sets, before finishing with some short, sharp bursts.
