This 30-minute class will help you become more flexible and loosen up any tight muscles you may have from an intense workout, or from sitting at your desk all day. From back flexion, split sit & reach, spinal twists, and forward bends, to frog pose, cat cow, and standing back stretch, you’ll work through the whole body, taking extra time to relax, breathe and unwind.
