Rejuvenate your body and mind in this 30-minute Pilates and yoga fusion class. To warm up, you will begin with a mountain pose, followed by gentle breathing exercises, roll downs and reaches and more, before the main exercise.
Block 1:
Single leg lifts, back extensions, child's pose, back extensions with single leg lifts, locust pose, cat cow, and pedalling calf stretches
Block 2:
Sun salutations
Block 3:
Round 1: reverse lunge to warrior 1, spinal rotations and runners lunge with rotation
Round 2: warrior 1 into runners lunge, plank to flow, and sequence 1.
Finally, Jay will guide you through a stretch and mobilise Pilates and yoga cool down consisting of seated tree, saw, head tilts, walkouts to roll ups, and guided breath.
