Our physiotherapist provides some exercises to relieve lower back pain and keep you mobile. Most of us will experience lower back issues at some point, whether through heavy lifting, or sitting at your desk all day. Jo explains how to perform a cat-cow, superman, bridge, arm opening and seated spinal twist, along with some modifications you might need. She recommends doing these exercises once or twice a day to really feel the benefit.
