Kickstart your day with this 10-minute morning boost guided meditation. All you need is a cushion or a yoga block to help relax through the front of your hips and allow your knees to drop lower. Once you’re settled, Zoë will bring you through guided breathing, as well as visualisations and meditation mantras, to positively motivate and energise you for the days and weeks ahead.
