This 30-minute yoga class is a great way to stretch and mobilise your body before or after exercise. From downward dog to dragonfly, you’ll do a series of poses that will help to open up all your key muscles and joints. You’ll need 2 blocks (or large hardback books) and a strap (or belt, scarf or dressing gown cord), as well as a yoga or exercise mat to cushion you.
