Ready for round 2? Martyn’s back to teach you more boxing techniques in this 30-minute session. In the fundamentals section you’ll learn all about counter punching, before working on some combos. For the final section you’ll play ‘coach’s call’ where you’ll carry out different boxing and fitness drills on cue. Martyn will be shadow boxing, but if you’re using a punch bag, protect your hands by wearing wraps or gloves.
