Add a point of focus to your shots by bringing in the punch bag. In block 1 you’ll learn what range you need to be from the punch bag and how to pivot around it, before putting your footwork and punches into practice in block 2. For block 3 you’ll drill some punches and combos with the punch bag. Make sure you protect your hands by wearing wraps or gloves.
