Test your strength, technique and endurance with a series of boxing and fitness drills. In round 1 you’ll be doing some combos on the punch bag, round 2 is shadow boxing, and round 3 is conditioning. You’ll then repeat this format two more times, shortening the rounds as you go. Make sure you protect your hands by wearing wraps or gloves when using the punch bag.
