Put some power in your punches now you’ve learnt the technique. In the first half you’ll be doing shadow boxing with a game of coach’s call – you’ll work with a couple of combos in round 1, and build on them in rounds 2 and 3. For the second half you’ll bring in the punch bag with 20 seconds of light work followed by 10 seconds of absolute mayhem, levelling up in rounds 2 and 3. Make sure you protect your hands by wearing wraps or gloves when using the punch bag.
