This session allows you to keep improving your muscle strength. You’ll be building on some of the exercises from your second strength session in order to work your muscles slightly harder. Panu also offers plenty of options, depending on whether you feel up for a challenge, or you’d rather take it easy.

This session continues to improve muscle strength. You’ll be building on the some of the exercises from your first strength session and working the muscles for longer. Panu also offers some variations to take the exercises further if you feel ready, as well as make the movements easier if needed.

This session will help you improve your muscle strength. You’ll focus on exercises that build strength and endurance so that you feel stronger day to day.

This session will continue to improve your range of motion with even more dynamic movements. You’ll be taking some of the exercises from your third mobility session further. As before, Panu offers lots of ways you can perform the exercises, depending on how you’re feeling.
