After your sun salutations you’ll be doing a powerful standing sequence featuring triangle, wild thing and warrior poses.
Close the Vinyasa class with a seated sequence including head-to-knee pose, boat pose and reclining spinal twist, before bringing the session to an end with some relaxed breathwork.
