Puppy, cobra and fish are just a few of the poses you’ll be doing to open your chest in this class. You’ll begin and end the session with some floor-based heart-openers, and in the main section you’ll go through a simple vinyasa flow focusing on shining your heart forward and extending the spine, eventually building up to some backbends. All of these can help to improve your posture and increase your energy, as well as encourage love and compassion.
